Belarc Advisor gives you the scoop on your PC by giving you a detailed
profile of your installed software and hardware, including Microsoft
fixes. All of your PC profile information is kept on your PC and not
sent to any web server, like some other programs. Some of what Belarc
gives you is Serial number, Motherboard make and model, BIOS
information, Bus clock, Processor, Drives, Controllers, Memory modules,
Devices, and Installed software. Runs on Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP and
Windows Server 2003. If you use IE 6 or 5.5 SP2, you need to download a
reg file above after you install Advisor.
VideoToolbox is great tool that can provide a lot of information about
your video files. This could help if you're having problem playing a
certain file, for example. Some of what it lists are both video and
audio codecs used, duration, resolution, bitrate, frames per second
(FPS), sample rate, and number of channels. It can also inspect your
system to find which codecs are available, and also process multiple
video files and export the result to HTML or plain text files.
PSP Video 9 is a free PSP (PlayStation Portable) video conversion and
management application. It can convert regular PC video files (avi,
mpeg, etc.) into PSP video files that can be played on the system and
can also be used to manage/copy these video files between your PC and

ARen is a batch renamer that is able to rename a large batch of files or
folders at once. You simply add the selected files to a list, and then
choose how they should be renamed. The program is equipped with several

incrementing numbers, letters, including the directory name in the
filename, total number of items in the directory and more.

HovText is a small application that can remove any formatting from the
clipboard and also work as a simple clipboard manager. Any text in the
clipboard will be pasted as raw text without any HTML code, font size,
color or layout etc. HovText remembers the last 10 copied texts (both
formatted and unformatted) and you can filter out whatever text you need
with regular expressions. A typical scenario is to copy a qoute from
Internet Explorer and paste this into Outlook or Word. In most cases the
pasted content also contains the original formatting, but sometimes you
would rather not have this as it is formatted differently. This is
where HovText comes in, it automatically removes any formatting and
leaves only the raw text.
Diary Book allows you to write a diary on your computer. Includes a
diary editor, events reminder, alarm clock, address book, picture
manager, built-in mailer, HTML and web diary. It is password-protected
software and your diary content will be encrypted. It is shaped like a
book, and supports changing the skin and background for the large diary
editor. Inlcudes options to export to html format and even upload your
