Fallout 3 Walkthrough for Beginners on Xbox 360 / PS3

Fallout 3 is a role-playing game that is available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 video game, as well as the PC.

Fallout 3 takes place in the year 2277, 36 years after the Fallout 2 and two centuries after a nuclear war.

In this Fallout 3 walkthrough guide, we will go over how to play for new users that may need help over some of the trickier aspects of the game. The walkthrough is divided by level name.

Baby Steps
When your father closes the playpen gate, move up to the gate, open it and open the 'You're SPECIAL' book. The hatch door will not open at this point but you are free to look around.

You can open the book and assign points to your SPECIAL statistics. Then when your father leaves the room, follow him and move forward again.

Growing Up Fast
Take the Grognak the Barbarian magazine your friend Amata gives you. If you read this, your Melee Weapons skill goes up by 1 point.

When Butch asks for your your Sweet roll, if you don't want to give it, simply talk about his mother. He will start a fight (you can punch back) but the key is the fight will be quickly broken up by the officer.

Shooting Practice
To shoot all three targets with your new BB Gun, stand in between the crates and aim at the center target. Now to kill the radroach that appears, aim at its body parts.

Future Imperfect
When you need to save Amata, you can talk to Butch and he will do what you ask if you punched him in the above level.

If you didn't, then you need to convince Wally that Butch is trouble. That will lead to the friends leaving with you alone to fight Butch.

Or you can simply fight with all three in the room, because after you punch Butch down half health, the fight will end.
