If you're having trouble with a fiddly Screen Ruler then try Screen
Calipers. It's easy; you can drag it around the screen, measuring
inside and outside objects just like a real set of calipers. You can
change the colours, flip and nudge it around from the keyboard.

Ghost Installer is a powerful application setup system. With it you
can create single-file self-executing setups for your applications.
The development kit allows you to customize the appearance of your
setup, it supports a big number of different languages and contains an
automatic uninstall program to remove correctly your application
including shared files. It adds as little as 90kb to your distributed
application and uses a strong compression algorithm (much stronger
than ZIP).
