Roberto Alomar has in fact been sued by his ex-girlfriend, who claims he had unprotected sex with her despite having a full-blown case of AIDS.

According to Ilya Dali, who is a 31-year-old Queens massage spa manager, she never contracted the disease, but is suing Roberto Alomar for emotional distress while they lived together for two years.

Alomar's lawyer says the suit is frivolous but it contains some specific details which makes it a little more believable, so it will be interesting to see what happens with this.
