However, on XP it doesn't allow the defragmentation of multiple drives, neither simultaneously nor consecutively. Additionally, on Vista files bigger than 64 MB aren't defragmented because their impact on system performance is less relevant than smaller files. If you want to overcome both these limitations, download DefragDrives. It serves as a front-end which to the Windows defragmentation engine you're used to but with more options. Features include ability to defragment up to 10 units consecutively, file fragmentation analysis, a handy 'create batch' function and automatic shutdown on completion.
